• *Children are age 6 to 12
• *One toddler age 1 to 5 can ride free for each adult.
  However, when there is one adult with two toddlers, child’s fare must be paid for one of the toddlers. Free for babies under 1 year old.
• *Discount for Disabled People
  Discounts are available for people with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, or mental illnesses. The disabled person carrying a certificate and one caregiver accompanying them are eligible for a discount of half off standard fares.
  Present the certificate at the counter.
  1) Physically Disabled Persons: Present the physically disabled person’s certificate or submit a “reduction or exemption application permit” certified by a disabled person’s facility organization.
  2) Intellectually Disabled Persons: Present a rehabilitation certificate
  3) Mentally Disabled Persons: Present a mentally disabled person’s health and welfare certificate.
  “Funaben Cruise” fares are not eligible for discounts.
  Group discounts cannot be combined with disabled person’s discounts described above.
• *The store on board sells draft beer, Hananomai Honjozo Cup (sake), Garyubai Junmai Ginjo Cup (sake), soft drinks, coffee (hot/ice), etc. There are no drink sales on small vessels.

• Please beware of the following matters regarding the Miho Platform.
• Boats may not stop at Miho Platform when there are no passengers traveling between Hinode and Miho, or when there is strong wind or other inclement weather.
• Miho Platform is on an unmanned pier. Please call the Hinode Platform Office at least 30 minutes before departure time. (TEL: 054-352-9161)

• Bicycles are allowed on board; however, please note that we may not be able to accommodate them in the following cases:　

　　　・When the number of passengers is high or expected to be high
　　　・When operating a vessel that cannot carry bicycles (vessels may be changed without prior notice)

• Passengers wearing swimwear (e.g., during summer) or those who are heavily intoxicated may be denied boarding.

• The Miho Hagoromo Water Bus Line fares were revised on April 1, 2026.
• Bicycles can be brought on board, but there is a limit on the number allowed (Capacity: 15 bicycles on the Verkehr and the KS, 3 for the Kashiwamaru). However, if there are many passengers on board, there may not be room to load bicycles.
• Cruise 7 will be canceled during the “Shimizu Minato Matsuri Kaijo Hanabi Taikai” (a fireworks festival) planned to be held in August every year.
• During the busy seasons (summer, winter, Golden Week), cruises operate on same schedule as on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

[Remarks]

• Cruise 4 and Cruise 5 do not operate on Saturdays and public holidays.
• All cruises are not be operated on Sundays.
• No cruises operate during the New Year’s holidays (December 29th – January 3rd).
• Special cruises not listed in the schedules above may be operated as well.
